          The Blessings of Sponsorship

Sponsoring a Pilgrim is a win, win situation..  The Pilgrim certainly wins as he or she gets to walk closer with our Lord and Savior.  The Sponsor wins, too, as there is no better feeling than having helped someone to strengthen their faith.

It is never too soon to think about sponsoring a Pilgrim on the Walk to Emmaus.  We need to prayerfully consider the sponsorship of someone we care about, someone we want to have what we gained on our Walk to Emmaus; Someone we want to have that wonderful feeling we felt as we walked closer to Jesus; Someone who we will have helped to have a joyous, richer Christ-filled life.  Do Pass It On!

    1. I will pass your request on to Lyn Olliff, who is the Registrar and has the Community email addresses. I’ll also notify Nancy Dunn of the need to get the message out. Thank you for the reminder.

    1. Thank you for inquiring about our Walk #20 on March 14-17, 2019. We will have a Candlelight service on Saturday evening. We ask that those who plan to attend be there by 8:00 PM. The service is at Collinswood of Aldersgate in Buckhead, GA.

Madison, GA is the closest town to Buckhead, which is just a wide place in the road, literally.

I know your friend will be delighted to know you’ve made the effort to be there for her. That evening is really special, especially when there’s a friend celebrating with you. Please contact us again if you have any other questions. Looking forward to seeing you there. Sheryl Causey
